However, I live in a somewhat rural area which means that I commonly end up driving 1 or 2 hours to meet people. I don&#039;t mind the drive so much, but it seems like the distance puts a lot of pressure on my date because she knows I am coming a long way just to see her.

How can I approach the first date to ease this tension a bit? Should I try to get her to meet me half way, rather than driving the whole distance myself? Would I be better off using phone or webcam and waiting a bit longer to meet them in person?</description>
